BioGmüse Tag — Seeland place film
Place film · 2024 · Region Murtensee
Making the connection between fields, growers and the people discovering the Seeland tangible through a day dedicated to organic farming.
The project
Organic food grows here.
BioGmüse Tag invites the public to meet the people behind the Seeland’s vegetable growing. For Region Murtensee, the film needed to make that agriculture feel close, alive and inseparable from the landscape around it.
The challenge
Give a food-growing region a face.
The aim was not to summarise an event programme. It was to reveal what sits behind the vegetables: craft, soil, knowledge and a community opening its doors.
The intention
“What grows here tells the story of a place.”
Korner’s role
Place-based storytelling
A film built around the direct connection between growers, visitors and the Seeland’s vegetable fields.
Direction & image
A visual approach close to the rhythm of the day and to the people who make it happen.
Production
Production and postproduction by Korner Studio for Region Murtensee.
Distribution
A 15-second film with longer and vertical versions, shown on local television, on public screens in town and at the tourist office.
