Tour de Suisse × Cyclevasion — case study

Brand film · 2026 · Cyclevasion · Tour de Suisse bicycles

For Cyclevasion, the new Tour de Suisse bicycles take to the roads of our region in a film made for social media and the web.

The brief

Introduce the new bicycles in their region.

Cyclevasion wanted to show the new Tour de Suisse bicycles in a film primarily intended for social media and the web. The Swiss region needed to matter as much as the bicycles: it is what makes the viewer want to set off.

How do you introduce a bicycle by first making the ride appealing?

Our answer

A short ride as the story.

The film follows two people from Cyclevasion to a pause in the countryside. The bicycles are always present, but gain meaning in motion: they take the riders out of town, through the landscape and into a shared moment outdoors.

Make Cyclevasion the starting point.

The opening images place the people, new bicycles and picnic basket outside the shop. The client who commissioned the film enters the story before the first pedal stroke.

Move from detail to landscape.

Close views of the wheels and crank show the bicycles in use. The camera then follows the riders onto the paths: the frame opens up and the region gives viewers a reason to keep watching.

Give the journey a human destination.

A map, bicycles resting in the grass and a picnic complete the ride. The film ends with the pleasure of being there, followed by Cyclevasion’s signature.

How we filmed it

Keep the camera close to the ride.

A camera mounted on a bicycle let the crew follow the movement closely. The production images show that setup, the preparation of the picnic scene and the team behind a ride that feels effortless on screen.

The finished film

From shop to countryside in 35 seconds.

The edit connects the introduction of the Tour de Suisse bicycles to a local experience. It begins at Cyclevasion, shows the product during the ride and ends with the client’s identity. Delivered with dedicated social content, the film ran on social media.
